Workshop: AI in Supply Chain

Part 1 (Saturday, April 5th from 1pm - 5pm): Intro to Implementing AI in Supply Chain
Part 2 (Sunday, April 6th from 1pm - 5pm): Intro to BPR and Application to AI in Supply Chain
Option 1: Register for Both Part 1 & Part 2
or
Option 2: Register Separately for Part 1 or Part 2
Workshop Objective:
To provide participants with a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into supply chain management, focusing on modern technologies, ethical considerations, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and future trends. By the end of this workshop, participants should be equipped with the practical skills and knowledge required to optimize and innovate within the supply chain sector using AI technologies.
By the end of the sessions, participants will be able to:
- Comprehend the Transformational Role of AI in Supply Chain: Understand how AI is revolutionizing supply chain operations and addressing real-world challenges.
- Develop Skills in Setting Up AI Environments and Building Models: Acquire hands-on experience in installing necessary software, preparing data, and creating basic AI models for supply chain optimization.
- Master Evaluation and Deployment of AI Models: Gain expertise in the evaluation of AI models using various metrics and learn how to effectively deploy these models in supply chain systems, addressing scalability and integration challenges.
- Understand Ethical Considerations and BPR Integration in AI: Develop an understanding of the ethical considerations including data privacy and bias mitigation and learn how to integrate BPR strategies with AI to modernize supply chain processes.
- Explore Future Trends and Foster Collaborative Learning: Explore emerging trends in AI and supply chain management, engage in collaborative learning through Q&A and networking sessions, and develop a roadmap for continuous learning and implementation in their professional roles.
