Toyota Plant Tour

Time: The tour starts promptly at 2:00pm and finishes at 3:00pm. Each tour is approximately one hour in length, starts at the Visitor Centre and involves a motorized tram tour through South Weld and North Assembly, two of the most visually impressive shops in Cambridge. 

Please arrive at the Toyota Plant by 1:30pm.

Toyota maintains a safe and secure environment. Before you come on the tour, here are a few things to keep in mind.

• A valid photo ID will be required for everyone attending the tour. Please bring a driver's license, health card or passport.
• You must arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check in with security. If you are late, you may risk missing your tour.
• We encourage picture taking in the Experience Centre. However, cameras are strictly prohibited on the tram tours. Please leave bags, backpacks and purses in your vehicles. All other personal items will be locked up during the tour.
• Weapons, or anything that can be perceived as a weapon, are not allowed on TMMC property.
• Toyota reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours at any time if necessary

Location: Toyota Plant, 1055 Fountain Street North, Cambridge ON. (Driving Directions)

The Visitor Centre is located in Cambridge, Ontario near the intersection of Hwy 401 and Hwy 8—approximately one hour west of Toronto. The Visitors' Centre is accessed through Gate 2 only. Visitors should follow signs for Gate 2. Those arriving by car should enter Gate 2, and park in Visitor Parking. After parking the vehicle, visitors should proceed to the Gate 2 Guard House, and identify themselves. Security will clear you on the list (Chapter Office have submitted in advance) and direct you to the Visitors' Centre.
NOTE: Please arrange your own transportation.

Please wear natural fibres in the plant (wool, cotton, silk, linen etc.) No shorts, skirts, tear-away pants, nylon pants or tops are allowed. Purses, bags, knapsacks, cameras and any communication devices have to be stored in the locker in the Visitors Centre during the tour.
