Presentation Outline

Join us as we explore how the Theory of Constraints (TOC), transforms complex supply chain operations into streamlined, high-performing systems, and how the integration of AI takes it to the next level, with smarter, faster, and predictive decision-making in today’s data-driven world.

Through dynamic real-world examples and the lessons of the business classic The Goal, this PDM explores how organizations can:

·        Identifying the Constraint: Reveal the hidden points that slow down supply chain flow and limit overall performance.

·        Exploit and Elevate: Focus improvement efforts where they’ll deliver the biggest impact.

·        Apply the Five Focusing Steps: Use a proven roadmap to drive continuous, system-wide improvement.

·        Shift from Chaos to Flow: Move beyond reactive firefighting to proactive, streamlined operations.

·        Fuse TOC with AI: Harness intelligent systems to predict, prevent, and eliminate bottlenecks, navigating constraints at the speed of supply chain evolution.
Whether you're in manufacturing, service, or public sector operations, TOC offers a fresh lens to drive results, foster collaboration, and achieve sustainable success.
