Theora’s career journey reflects a commitment to continuous learning, leadership, and the willingness to embrace new challenges. From leading packaging operations at DHL Supply Chain and earning her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, to pursuing her Master of Supply Chain Management at the Schulich School of Business and transitioning into an analytical replenishment role with Loblaw Companies Limited, Theora has continued to intentionally build the skills and experiences that will take her to the next stage of her career.

Along the way, she has been recognized as a 2025 NISCL Emerging Leader Nominee, earned academic recognition for her work in transportation, logistics, and sustainable supply chain, and remained committed to giving back to the profession through several years of volunteer leadership with the ASCM Toronto Chapter.

In this 30 minute conversation, Theora will share the experiences that have shaped her career, what she has learned from moving between operational and analytical roles, why continuous learning has remained central to her journey, and the lessons she has picked up along the way.
